TCPL Packaging Inaugurates New Manufacturing Unit in India

TCPL Packaging is a premier provider of packaging solutions based out of Mumbai and has inaugurated a new Greenfield facility in Vengal, near Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The plant will specialize in paperboard cartons and is designed to upgrade logistics and services for the company.

The new site is truly a major milestone towards TCPL's growth journey, enabling fast deliveries of the increasing demand for sustainable packaging. This expansion ensures further penetration by the Company all over India and delivers the role of great importance for Company's success in the long run.

Saket Kanoria, Managing Director of TCPL Packaging, highlighted the importance of the new facility, stating, "The commissioning of our Chennai greenfield facility marks a key milestone in our growth journey. TCPL Packaging is an expert in the manufacturing of a complete variety of packaging solutions, including folding cartons, printed blanks and outers, litho-lamination, plastic cartons, blister packs, and shelf-ready packing. The addition of the Chennai plant allows it to be up and running all over the states of India from its already existing facilities in Silvassa, Haridwar, Goa, Greater Noida, and Assam.

The expansion follows TCPL's recent acquisition of the remaining shares of its subsidiary COPPL in December 2023. This strategic move further strengthens the company's position in the packaging industry in support of its vision for further growth and development by innovation.
