
Samsung commits ₹1,000 crore to expand its Tamil Nadu manufacturing unit
Samsung Electronics plans to invest another ₹1,000 crore in its manufacturing facility situated in Sriperumbudur, close to Chennai, as stated by Tamil Nadu Industries Minister TRB Rajaa during a recent assembly meeting. In a social media update, the minister emphasized that this new investment demonstrates Samsung’s ongoing trust in the state’s industrial ecosystem and its labor force.
