
Euler Motors Launches Rs 100 cr Manufacturing Facility in Haryana
Euler Motors, a company that produces electric commercial vehicles, revealed its new manufacturing and R&D facility in Palwal, Haryana, built with an investment of Rs 100 crore to meet the increasing demand.
Covering an area of 500,000 square feet, the factory has the ability to manufacture 36,000 vehicles every year and will act as Euler Motors' main production center nationwide, meeting the increasing need for its three-wheeler, according to the company.
Euler Motors announced their intentions to increase their presence to 40 cities by FY25, up from the current 26 cities.
"Our new factory represents a significant leap in manufacturing commercial 3-wheeler EVs. This facility will enhance our production capacity, and help us deliver locally manufactured vehicles that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the industry," said Gaurav Kumar, head of supply chain and manufacturing at Euler Motors.
The company stated that the new factory features a automated assembly line integrated with a unique manufacturing execution system (MES) that enhances production efficiencies by monitoring the entire vehicle lifecycle from manufacturing to delivery.
The electric vehicle firm stated that a specialized education and training facility will be set up at the factory to provide employees with necessary skills and generate employment in the area. It was mentioned that the company currently has a staff of more than 500 individuals with 20 percent being female.
