Zen Mobility has reached a critical milestone in its quest for sustainable urban mobility with the opening of its cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Manesar, Gurgaon. This historic facility, which spans 2.5 acres, represents a significant step forward in the company's mission to revolutionizing urban transportation with eco-friendly micro-mobility solutions.

The newly announced manufacturing factory is ready to meet the growing demand for sustainable urban transportation solutions by increasing production capacity to an astonishing 50,000 units annually. This development not only demonstrates Zen Mobility's commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology and infrastructure, but it also highlights its role in creating job possibilities for over 500 people.

The plant's main focus is on producing and assembling Zen Micro Pods, the company's flagship electric vehicles designed for urban commuters. These cars are meant to provide effective and environmentally sustainable last-mile transportation alternatives, meeting the changing needs of modern city dwellers.

Beyond manufacturing, the facility has extensive research and development facilities for design engineering and product planning. It also has extensive testing facilities, such as roller testing and dyno testing, which ensures that all Zen Mobility products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
